19. Provides direction, support, and materials for paraprofessionals who assist in student learning, with the teacher remaining responsible and evaluating student progress during and following instruction.

21. Manages all aspects of the classroom, including displays, materials, and cleanliness.

Requirements
Fulfills the mission of the school. It is important that a teacher follows all school policies, procedures, and philosophies, located in the employee handbook and other sources, both written and verbal.
Wholeheartedly agrees to and fulfills the school’s Statement of Faith and Christian code of conduct and is keenly aware of the place of a Christian school in contemporary education.
Must be able to not only defend Christian education but also to be a champion for it.
Demonstrates success as a teacher and holds a current teaching license, is currently becoming licensed, is willing to become licensed, or has a 4-year degree and will complete 20 hours of personal development in his or her teaching area each year.

About the School
The Tama-Toledo Christian School is an accredited K-8 independent, non-denominational Christian school. The TTCS is here to serve the entire Christian community in the area. The TTCS is a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation governed by a Board of Directors. TTCS plans to open in August 2025.
TTCS is located at 600 Oswego Street in Tama, Iowa in Tama County. The former church is under a major renovation preserving some unique features while adding a second level. It will have the capacity to enroll 198 students.
